Reykjavik Marathon 2006

A friend of mine who recently took up running was over on the weekend and mentioned to me that she saw a news story about a 100-year-old man running a marathon in Toronto. She described the man as having a yellow turban and a long white beard. Jogging my memory (pun not intended) I think back and then pull up a picture from the Reykjavik Marathon in 2006 on my computer. This guy? Well that’s random.

Update:  Mr. Singh cannot provide enough evidence of his age so he won’t be getting a Guiness Record. That’s a shame.

Maybe the running community isn’t so large after all.
